3. Account Registration

4. Subscription and Payment

SEOScale offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly or annually).

4.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may contact us to request a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using SEOScale, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or discriminatory
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

6. Content Ownership and License

6.2 Generated Content

Content generated by our AI-powered tools becomes your property upon generation. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all generated content before publishing.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality, is owned by SEOScale and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Integrations

SEOScale integrates with various third-party platforms and services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time
• Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Update these Terms as necessary with reasonable notice to users

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including SEO rankings or traffic improvements.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEOSCALE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEOScale and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEOScale is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Changes to Terms
